"There was a bad smell in main Bathroom, very strong, The main Bedroom A/C didn’t get cold. The other rooms a/c good. Stain on floor & wall. The picture of the kitchen they show with IPad not true & bathroom amenities with L’occitane Not true. Other then that close to Canland shopping centre & eateries you can walk too."

"We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home looking out to the beach. The beds and facilities are all lovely and it’s a fantastic place for family to gather. Thank you to the wonderful hosts for having us. "

"Mainly a caravan park with some villas. Very good beach. Comfortable stay. Clean. Quite crowded with multiple parked caravan. 20min drive to city Centre for food but there is a few good place nearby for meals. "

"This property is old and very dated. There was no communication leading up to our reservation.i had to call multiple times to find out which unit to stay in and then to figure out where the unit was. The unit itself is not welcoming. It is dreary and old. There is no place to relax. No toiletries are provided. The walking times on the listing are not accurate. It is a 15 minute drive to Cape Hillsborough Beach. The only positive was it did have hot water and the bed was clean. I would not stay...

"The property and location are great. Access to local beach. Cant swim but still nice to walk. City is only about 5 mins away. House is well set out and equipped. Only ussue we had was the oven seemed to only work on grill."

"Apartment in a great location with kids park a short walk. Pool was a hit. Beach view was enjoyed by adults. Air conditioning works well. Apartment is slightly rundown but clean. Cleaning gear provided didn’t work well. Main room bed very comfortable. Apartments Worked well for our purposes. "

"The house was neat and tidy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Mackay. The pool was great for cooling off in ."

"Very comfortable stay, had everything we needed & great location! The beds were amazingly comfortable which is very hard to find with our bad backs. Sue made sure we had all we needed with some yummy supplies on arrival down to the quality toilet paper (it’s the little things that count) 😉 Our little toy poodle was very happy with the little fenced back yard & beautiful park to walk through just around the corner 😍 We look forward to staying here again!"

"They hadn’t finished cleaning by the time we got there even though we were on the dot when it came to the check in time. The house was a bit run down compared to the pictures and one of toilets wouldn’t flush because the button was pushed in. Other than that the whole stay was fantastic. It was spacious, had all the necessary amenities and overall just.a pleasant place to stay. Would definitely recommend. "

"The unit was dirt from the moment we opened the door. There was hair on the floor and the carpet. The carpet is so badly stained and dirty it needs to be replaced. The lounge has a large hole in it. The TV didnt work properly it had double vision. The bathroom was not cleaned and also had someones hair on the floor. The bed had a plastic protector on it so it sounded and felt terrible and the bed was rock hard. The side tables were covered in dust. There was only one bin liner for a week the...
