With stunning views of the St. Louis River and convenient access to the water, 12 trailheads, and Spirit Mountain, this new (May 2024), beautifully appointed home celebrates the best of western Duluth. Owned by three proud Denfeld HS alumni (the “Hunters”), its design includes locally crafted outdoor furniture from Loll Designs, and cozy, eclectic interior furnishings expressing local, regional, and global influences. The two-floor layout maximizes flexibility for large groups and extended families. Each floor contains two bedrooms and a convertible sofa. Upstairs features an open floor plan with large entertaining spaces, including living area with fireplace, dining area, a full kitchen and pantry, and a large BBQ deck overlooking the river; downstairs has its own efficiency kitchen and river-view patio with BBQ and picnic table.
