As you explore further, you'll discover a hidden gem tucked beneath the loft's stairway—a twin-sized sofa sleeper, providing additional sleeping space. Two more delightful bedrooms await you, each furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed. With the ability to accommodate up to seven guests, this house is perfect for a memorable getaway.

The main level of Eclectic offers even more delights, including a full bathroom, a cozy living space with a flat-screen TV and large bay windows, and a spacious kitchen that is fully stocked with all your essentials and features a double oven, gas stove top & griddle, Cambria countertops, a dishwasher, and island seating. From the kitchen, step out onto the expansive deck through sliding doors, where you can enjoy outdoor dining or gather around the fire pit (seasonal).

Convenience is key at Eclectic, with off-street parking available for two vehicles behind the house, and additional street parking on Minnesota Avenue.

But wait, there's more! This breathtaking home is ideally situated just six blocks away from the historic Canal Park and Duluth's iconic Aerial Lift Bridge. Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere as you explore fantastic restaurants, bars, boutiques, coffee shops, and art galleries, all within walking distance. And when you're ready to unwind, the serene beauty of Lake Superior awaits you, just a stroll away from Canal Park.

Eclectic is packed with amenities to make your stay truly unforgettable. Enjoy the convenience of off-street parking, a washer and dryer for your laundry needs, a beautiful deck to soak up the sun, and the ultimate indulgence—a two-person jacuzzi. Seasonal AC is provided from mid-May to mid-October, ensuring your comfort throughout your stay.

Pets - Don't worry about leaving Fido home alone! We're more than happy to accommodate up to 2 dogs at our place. There's just a small fee of $75 per dog. Access - When you arrive at Eclectic you can park behind the house and walk to the front door. There, you'll find a lockbox. Just enter your unique guest code into the lockbox, and it will open up to reveal the house key. It's a convenient and secure way to access the house during your stay!

Parking - There are 2 designated spaces located right behind the house. If you have more than 2 vehicles, street parking on Minnesota Avenue must be utilized. Street Parking is alternate side parking October - April. Parking is ONLY Bayside of street May through September.

Transit - While having a car is recommended for convenience, no worries if you don't have one. Duluth has got you covered with plenty of public transportation options to explore the area. You can hop on the Duluth Transit, or take advantage of ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft. And if you prefer traditional taxis, there are many other taxi services available too. So, whether you're cruising in your own car or using one of these convenient options, getting around won't be a problem at all. Enjoy your adventures in Duluth!
