"This property was perfect for our visit to Tampa for the conclave!! The amenities provided relaxation and rejuvenation during the evening!! The owner was very nice and responded quickly to every question asked. Thank you for a great experience!!"

"Our daughter’s family just relocated to nearby Florida from overseas and the household did not arrive yet. We booked this location with enough space for everyone allowing us to fly there and see them after 18 months. We found the home very comfortable and spacious for our needs. It was well equipped and we enjoyed the pool each afternoon. Rene reached out a couple of times to confirm that everything was to our satisfaction. It was definitely a great experience. "

"The home was perfect! The neighborhood was quiet. The backyard and pool area was relaxing. The natural habitat that borders the backyard was a bonus. The information Rick provided and the questions he answered for us made planning our week very easy. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen definitely had everything we wanted to use and then some! It was also a perfect location for the drive to the Buccaneers game. I would stay again."

"Overall our experience with the property was great. When we first arrived, the cleaners were still on property, which was a bit annoying since we didn’t get there until 6pm on check in day. We also ran in to an issue with the HVAC towards the end of our stay - the drain lines were clogged so that kept turning the thermostat off. The property mgmt team was quick to respond & work to resolve the issue. The property itself was beautiful, matched the photos as advertised, & was close to several food...

"Nice, quiet, clean place! Fishing and seeing nature on the dock was great. Love the front porch and all the space and the grill. There’s even a fish cleaning station for your catch.Host was kind and informative with excellent communication. We were great full for the dishes and grill are allowing us to cook some yummy tuna steaks. 10/10 recommend! We’ll be back!"

"Everything about this property was exactly as illustrated on the website. House is well appointed for a comfortable stay- plenty of dishes, supplies, silverware, pans, etc. to meet cooking needs. Only minor shortcoming was the thin, small quality of the towels that are provided - could improve on that a bit."

"The pool was dirty. A group of aliens were at the property when i arrived. Their boss didn't tell them to move out at 10am. They were digging in the garbage for their belongings They didn't speak English. So it was scary. Otherwise I loved the place "
