"The location is beautiful especially with the priveate beach access. Also the main building l9kks nice and well maintained. Our room was in one of the side buildings. There as soon as you leave the room itself it feels a bit dirty and worn down. The doors and walls in the hallway have bumps and scratches. The carpet is torn and has stains. But the worst are the stair cases. The windows are covered with spider webs and dead bugs. All of this could be avoided easily and would lead to a better...

"Loved the beach and apartment was clean and comfortable. Couldn’t get tv’s to work. No laundry available in the building we stayed in. Coin operated machines were next door and there was no coin machine so you need to bring a lot of quarters if you want to do laundry. "

"Everything was fantastic. I don't know where to begin or even how to end. When we left, all of us group hugged and cried. This was the best family vacation we have ever been on. The House and the Private pool is incredible. For me to watch my three adult children (30 & above) have races was hilarious. The Home and the development is so well kept. "I loved the oak trees and the birds. Our site had an amazing view of the ocean as we were on the 3rd floor. We saw humpback whales, dolphins, pelicans, terns, grebes, and more. We appreciated our time there and intend to return."

"We decided last minute to take a short trip to the Outer Banks. Rick was very responsive and communicative. And the condo is a wonderful location with easy beach access and a wonderful view. We had everything we needed during our stay. Would certainly stay again. Hopefully for longer next time."
