"We absolutely LOVED our time in this VRBO right outside the entrance to Zion! We walked every day into the park! Quick access to the Zion NP shuttle! It was great to go do a hike and then come back and rest before going back to do another hike! It was a great short drive (1 hr along the beautiful scenic 12 to get to Kanab for a Coral Cliff's Peek-a-boo canyon tour!) The owner was quick to answer my many questions! It was very nice to have a Subway below the apt for quick grab and go dinner...

"The 2 bedroom apartment looked brand new! Modern with tons of thoughtful touches!! Very large, more than we needed for the two of us. Owner was wonderful and quick with communication or any needs. Its located right on Center street in quaint Cedar City. Good restaurants, coffee shops and a winery within walking distance. We plan to book it again next year!"

"The kids wanted to stay here all day rather than explore Bryce Canyon. Kayaking, canoeing, and lots of animals to meet... It was great! Fire pit was also nice and we enjoyed a lot of s'mores. If we ever visit the area again, this will definitely be the place we stay!"

"The single problem with this location is the hidden nature of its interest and the difficulty of finding the address such that I bothered a neighbor who walked me to the entrance which itself was lit up but obscured from view. "It dumped the day we arrived (17 in) and our front wheel drive vehicle didn’t make it up the drive to the condo (the chains on one of our tires broke so perhaps we would have made it up otherwise?) That being said, the condo was a great size for our group of nine and once we found the path, an easy walk right out to the middle of a beginner run that allowed access to all of Navajo. "positives: host was very responsive, location close to ski resort, studio is small but recently renovated. negatives: our beds were not made upon arrival and we didn't have enough sheets to make the beds ourselves and the sheets never came because of an argument with the cleaning staff. The queen air mattress also leaked slowly throughout the night. I think both those things can be fixed easily and then this place would be 5 stars."
