"The location was great , the beds were clean , enough towels but almost not enough toilette paper. It would have been nice if the sitting room had air conditioning too. I would never come to this house with kids, and if you have trouble with stairs , stay away from booking this. Both getting to and in the house was incredbily steep. The smell of this home. Was. "We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful, spacious property. It was quiet, cool and peaceful. So close to everything and we got to explore the Old town easily from Mia Casa. Vanja was terrific to deal with & helped with lots of helpful tips. Would highly recommend "

"La maison est bien située, entre Dubrovnik et Cavtat. La maison correspond au descriptif, elle très propre et les propriétaires sont très sympathique. Le seul inconvenant est, comme décrit dans d'autres commentaires, la route en contrebas qui est relativement bruyante et qui n'est pas toujours évidente à traverser, mais après 19H ça redevient calme jusqu'au matin. Nous avons passé une belle semaine sur ce lieu."

"We had a great time . Stayed a week and the location is perfect if you are a numbers person there are 139 stairs to get from the main old town level to inside the unit 😊. Everything you need is there. The beds need a bit of attention as do the sheets but didn’t effect our trip."

"It was great! The host was very kind and sweet and helpful with everything we needed. It was SO well located - the path to old town was literally across the street. Only thing to lament about was that the shower wasn’t draining properly, but that’s fixable. Great stay!"

"We had a lovely week in Lozica. We were two families of 8 people in total. The other family arrived first and Vesna was there to greet them. She also gave one of them a lift to the supermarket as neither of us rented a car, which was a help! The villa has lovely sea views, and a nice outdoor space with enough room for us all around the big table. "The place is in an excellent location, in the heart of the old town. You just leave the building and walk past the shops and restaurants. The lady who served us was friendly and polite. There is a restaurant on the ground floor with very good food and friendly staff. To improve the situation, I suggest changing the bathroom rug, at least for stays of three days or more. The shower also had no door, which made the rug very wet. Overall, the place is exceptional."
