The cottage itself was stocked well and provided a comfortable spot for cooking, sleeping, and out of the sun activities (board games, cards, puzzles, pool, and ping pong). "Such a beautiful place in the redwoods. The road getting there is definitely unevenly paved with big dips - don’t rec low clearance cars. We have a big truck and it was fine. "The place was very relaxing. Hot tub was beautifully located under the redwoods near the creek. Linens were exceptionally scented with hormonal disruptive scented laundry detergent. Bring your own wood for the fireplace, as none is provided. BBQ grill is broken and won’t ignite. Otherwise, the place is very comfortable with a well appointed kitchen and very spacious outdoor area."

"Our stay was absolutely perfect. The house is situated in a prime location, close to the river and nestled among tall trees. We were thrilled to find everything impeccably clean and welcoming. Lexi, the owner, reached out to check on us and had thoughtfully prepared a guest book filled with great suggestions for dining and activities in the area. The hot tub was the perfect spot to unwind and relax at the end of each day. We will definitely be returning! "

"The property was clean, wifi reliable, and well supplied. I would note that the driveway past the gate is note an easy drive for low cars which do not have AWD/4WD but there is room in front of the gate for 1-2 vehicles. "
