"Everything was so nice! A lot better than what I expected for the price! The view off the balcony was off the top of a roof but you can also see the bridge so it was 100% worth it! The entrance doors locked at a certain time so it was very safe! Great area walking distance from everything. Only thing i would have to say is bundle up because i tried to cut the heat on due to them having the air on 60 when we walked in but it wouldn’t come on. "

"The house was clean and access was easy. There is parking in the back. All amenities were provided and the clean up process was well instructed. Not close enough to walk to downtown but a short drive or rideshare away! "

"Condo was very nice and exactly like the description. Finding the entrance was a challenge and not well marked especially finding it in the dark. Interior of building needed some attention for cleaning and smell but once you enter the condo it was perfect and well maintained. We enjoyed the sun pouring through the windows and the view over the park. The condo was within walking distance of Beale Street, the Peacock hotel and restaurants. "

"Lovely, well-appointed, and clean home. Very convenient to downtown and various Memphis attractions. Very easy check-in and check-out. Plenty of room for our family. My only note is that the house faces a busy street. So you do hear some street noise in the front of the house. If you require quiet sleeping, use the back bedroom."

The house was clean,updated, and had just about everything we needed for a 4-day stay. "This was one of the most disgusting experiences I have ever had. I got in late from a red-eye flight and wanted to hop into bed and sleep. When I arrived the room was relatively clean, but had some unkempt areas. I went to the bed and pulled back the sheets to find stained sheets and pubic hair all over the sheets. "The property is very old and in dire need of renovation. The carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years, and the floor creaks everywhere. Breakfast is almost non-existent, there's coffee and pancakes, nothing else. It would be better if it were announced that there's no breakfast. The rooms at the back, like mine, overlook a truck stop, and there were trucks maneuvering past my window all the time. On the plus side, I would highlight the hot water, the TV that worked perfectly, and the staff, who are helpful and nice. If you're with a family, or even a couple, I wouldn't recommend it. If you're alone, a few nights, it's okay."
