Aspen Pointe Townhome on Ski Hill Road

Looking for your next home away from home? Check out this cozy rental located in the Aspen Pointe subdivision in Driggs, Idaho. With peace, quiet, and beautiful views of the nearby creek, this townhome comfortably sleeps seven. Bright open living spaces will have you soaking up the Teton Valley sunshine while plenty of room for dining and the well-appointed kitchen—complete with a full dining table, breakfast bar, stone counters and stainless steel appliances—offer the perfect gathering spaces to keep your whole crew fed and entertained. A master suite with a king bed, jetted tub and separate shower, and a personal balcony will give you all the privacy you need while two guest rooms with a queen and three twin beds respectively will ensure everyone gets good rest. An included washer and dryer and garage will help you take care of all your Teton Valley adventure needs.

Pre the HOA: All tenants must abide by the rules and regulations including the parking restrictions. The rules and regulations are posted in the home binder.

We will refund in full for any cancellations prior to 14 days before check in. If you cancel with 7 days of your check in date, we will charge $100 and refund 50%.

Additional insurance fee for stays over 29 nights will apply.

Excellent house
This house is in a nice quiet neighborhood by a creek about a mile from Driggs Main Street. The home is in excellent condition and very well maintained. It was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Home away from home
We loved this place! We felt so comfortable here. The kitchen had everything we needed and the area the home is in is stunning. The rushing water in the creek outside was so peaceful. It did get a little toasty in the house while we were out for the day but we would open the windows and it would cool off a lot overnight. Would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful
Beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Wish there would have been a path to the creek and air conditioning. Take a fan if you go. Looks just like the pics. Condo is 2 hrs to get to Yellowstone south and west entrances.

National Park Vacation
The house in Driggs was a great place to relax and rest up for our next hike or park adventure. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Having other essentials like dish soap, hand soap, tp and paper towels was also handy and appreciated. Only suggestion would be to add a couple pillows to the master bedroom a few wash cloths. Thank you!

Perfect Driggs getaway
Coming from out of state for a wedding we were hoping for a quiet place to use a jump start point for the Teton Valley. This property was so perfect, 4 minutes from downtown, 45 from Jackson and so close to the resort. We loved our stay and hope to be back to ski!

We really enjoyed our stay here. My family and I were here for a week and had everything we needed to feel like we were at home. The home was very warm, clean and located in a safe neighborhood. Lots of things to do in the area. Would definitely recommend.

Great Place!
Great place! Looks just like the pictures. Very comfortable and quiet. Lovely little town. Great grocery store. Fit our needs very well, just don’t leave the lights on outside, that is if you can figure out which light switch to use!

Great place to stay in Driggs
Check in was simple, place is big and clean. Check out instructions weren’t too much. No AC, which is normal for the area but they supplied ample fans for the rooms. Half of our group arrived really late at night and it prompted some neighbor to leave a note on our door about leaving exterior lights on, which was somewhat annoying but easy enough for the rest of the trip.

Spacious house
The house itself was great. Big and plenty space for my family. I'm giving the house an over all rating of 5 starts, but do have some negative feedback to add. Although the location and place was great. I did have a neighbor put a sticky note on my front door complaining about me leaving the porch light on at night. (No where in the guest book said I couldn't) There were couple times we were coming home by midnight and out of courtesy (and avoid conflict) I was leaving lights off and coming home to a dark front door. Another incident, was the cleaning. My bed conferter had several white stains on it (from the inside and you couldnt see unless you flipped it). The food that was in the cabinets was old and had expired back in 2011 !! Not sure why there's a cleaning fee when the cleaning isn't being done properly. Aside from those things, I would definitely stay again, and would recommend the place to my friends. (Just mind the neighbor)

Wonderful Driggs stay
This is an impeccably clean, beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated townhome in a very quiet, smaller development. The kitchen had excellent appliances and was well equipped with everything for cooking. We would definitely stay again in this extremely comfortable home away from home.

Ski Vacation!
We spent a few days skiing Grand Targhee and this house was great! It is located about a mile outside of Driggs, tucked in the woods off the road to the ski hill. Quiet, relaxing, spacious, well stocked, well maintained, and beautiful. Listing says “condo” but this is an attached home (side by side) as a Canadian. Excellent value. If this place had an outdoor hot tub I’d give it 6 stars… that was the only thing I missed. 100% would come back.

Great Place at a good location
Comfortable, Clean, Quite, Luxurious, Great value, Convenient, Easy process. Skied at Targhee and typically stay at the resort because of the nice ski in and ski out process. The resort properties were so outdated and noisy, we wanted to find a better alternative and we definitely did. The 2 story place was nice with two way fireplace to warm up to for guests. Great stay and will do it again.
