"Everything was great. I found the trash can overturned by animals and cleaned it up. My wife folded the clean laundry in the dryer and you have to replace that toilet seat my butt still hurts 😁"

"This was our second time staying with M&M Meadows. This home is very comfortable, clean and in the perfect location for our visit to Tennessee. We planned to come a week earlier, but M&M Meadows was not available. We rearranged our trip til it became available. Thank you for allowing us to stay again. Penny"

"Be sure to have your GPS loaded up because there is no cell service in the area. This is truly a great getaway. Had pretty decent internet was actually impressed with how far out we were in the country. Property manager always communicated swiftly. Would 100% come back"

"What a darling little cottage. I dont know how they designed it to fit everything so perfectly, but it had everything we needed. The owner was extremely reasponive and so kind. We definitely recommend staying at this vrbo!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay … booked this little house for the weekend to watch UTM football … was very close to everything we needed grocery, restaurants, stadium etc… way more comfortable than the Hilton we had been staying in for home games just wish I had booked it for every home game ..much more convenient when traveling with elderly grandparents…house was in a quiet neighborhood, clean comfy beds, and kitchen was very handy… would definitely stay again if given the opportunity..owner was...

"This was an amazing place. I have never seen fireflies before this trip! The surroundings were amazing and the pool, huge with all toys and games, perfect, a perfect place for a family reunion. Kirsten and her husband were fantastic hosts. Will come back soon!!!!"

"The people were amazing and kind. The property is a bit on the older side but still in good condition. Breakfast was great too! "

"The plugs beside the bed didn't work, we were provided an extension cord for my CPAP machine, can't sleep without it. Come to find out two switches at the front door have to be on for the plugs to work. Learned that on the second day from the lovely lady that came up and explained it."
