"We had a wonderful time. It is an older, smaller boat but we enjoyed it. There is a port a pot in the cabin but there is a huge shower and bathroom under the carport. We were able to fish right off the boat. Frank will answer texts pretty quickly. "

"We could walk to anywhere within 15 min or so. Room was clean, king bed comfortable but room is tight. Bathroom shower valve leaks and toilet seat is loose. (Fontana room)Water in shower went from ice cold to scalding hot a couple of times for my husband. LOVE that an ice machine and filtered water was available! We will definitely be back! "

"I recently stayed at this property and had a generally pleasant experience. The property itself is nice and well-maintained, with a great location that adds to its appeal. The surrounding area is excellent, making it convenient and enjoyable. However, there were a few downsides to my stay. The internet was not working, which was quite inconvenient. "We spent Thanksgiving week with family at this cute little house. Many of the reviews comment about the neighborhood, but we felt safe and even met some neighbors. The houses are on top of one another but with the privacy fence, it doesn't feel like it.The house feels like new construction but the pictures no longer match what is inside (now has a bigger TV, window furnishings are different, etc.). It was fun riding the bike around the island but I would have really appreciated the kayaks...

"Good location for us. 2 mile walk to Duval St. uber easily accessible. Grocery Store, sandwich shop, Mexican restaurant, and sports bar a few blocks away. Check in required us to go to different location to pick up keys. A negative for us. Also air conditioner would not cool below 78 degrees last 2 nights. Beautiful property we enjoyed "

"You cannot beat the location of this property 5 minutes stroll off Duvall. The rooms were clean and well appointed. I was suprised at the small size of the bathrooms the wet shower set up was also a surprise. The orice was good for K.W. I would stay here again."

"Everything was as advertised. Its location was fantastic with easy access on foot to everything Key West has to offer. Only negative is that there is a high top table and two chairs in a space that really doesn’t afford those niceties. The bed was comfortable. The ac was a bit loud."

"We had a wonderful week during the Christmas/ New Year break. The condo is exceptional. Very clean including many items that make your stay easy and welcoming. The kitchen is fully stocked, not that one needs much while staying on the island. We relaxed in the condo, enjoyed restaurants and music across the island. "
