"We had a wonderful stay at Josh’s place. The house is absolutely beautiful, fully renovated, and everything feels clean and fresh. It’s so peaceful by the water, which made the whole trip really relaxing. The theater room was awesome, such a fun space to hang out. Josh was a great host, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. You can tell he cares about making sure his guests have a great experience. We’d definitely stay again."

"Our time in Astor was nothing short of magical! From the peaceful surroundings to the easy access to the springs and St. Johns River, everything about this trip was perfect. The house was clean, well-stocked, and incredibly comfortable!We spent our days boating, exploring the springs, and enjoying beautiful sunsets right from lake George.
