"This was our first time at this property, but hopefully will not be our last! The home and bunkhouse are both more spacious than in the pictures online. Everything was immaculately clean, and everything you could want was available at the property. Plenty of outdoor seating, and lovely ambience in the evenings. The owners were incredibly pleasant to work with and responded promptly to any query I made with them. I would give a rating of 10 stars if I could! "

"We celebrated our 10 year anniversary and rode the steam engine at EBT. We have other plans as well but skipped them to come back to the cottage and watch the birds, chill and enjoy no tv. Thy have everything you need in the kitchen pantry and bathroom which has a great shower head with lots of water pressure. There’s even tooth past. The towels were quality and the bed was nice too. "This property was comfortable with lots of little extras to make the stay pleasant. The location was a quick drive to Chambersburg to grab some groceries/carry out or to walk the rail trail. Or you can drive a little further to Shippensburg or Caledonia. The kitchen was well equipped, the oven and stove worked well, and we found some basics in the pantry...plus some extras like a great pancake mix! "This home was truly the long weekend getaway of my dreams. It has all the coziness of a cabin weekend with modern amenities including a hot tub and sauna. "Stay was nothing short of perfect. But my personal opinion, it snowed/sleet/rained during this past weekend, besides the front door being cleared. The sidewalks/parking spaces/lot had no signs to attempt to shovel, plow, or salt the walking/driving areas. Very slick and dangerous in cold weather conditions.
