"We always stay here when visiting Guadalajara and love the Moralas and surrounding area. This year we stayed in the newer section and did not like the room nearly as much. Bathroom lighting was terrible - even with both lights on. Room was much smaller than others we previously stayed in. It did have a very nice balcony despite the noise!!"

"The room was small and no fridge. But the overall stay was good. I just expected more because it was a their higher tier room. Top floor, balcony. The bed was mid. I usually stay in American chain hotels because the experience is more consistent and I like to have a fridge to keep my water cold. The view was great. I’ll still go with a four stars because the misses were my fault for not checking on the details that are important to me. "
