"It is a brand new facility and we had a comfortable stay. Reception was lovely and welcoming. The door to the room is super heavy and someone with mobility issues may struggle to push it open or hold it open to get suitcases in or out. A list of available tv channels would be helpful. Lighting in bathroom over vanity poor especially when trying to put makeup on"

"Easy check-in process, despite arriving close to midnight. Clear instructions provided on how to use lockbox. I forgot to check where we could park - there is free parking. But it was all sorted next morning with no dramas. The room is very spacious. The bathroom is large. Toiletries are provided. There is no air con due to the heritage listing of the property, but fans and heaters are provided. Well stocked mini bar (pay per item) and continental breakfast provided. We didn't utilise it, but...

"Booking our room was very easy. Staff were very polite. We choose to stay there as we are very pleased with all aspects of the establishment. Comforting to know that the Cameras are all around outside so parking your car is safe. Not a dislike but only surprised at the amount of huge pot holes driving to our room. All in all I recommend Seabrook to any one whom looking for accomodation. Everything is there and very disabled friendly."

"Communication was excellent prior to arrival to obtain check-in information. Our apartment clean, spacious and comfortable. Beds were really comfortable and the property was within walking distance to eating and shopping options in the city centre as well as penguin viewing. Bathroom was clean and spacious. We also utilised the laundry facilities while we were there and it was great to have a huge washer and dryer available for free. As the apartment faces the highway it was a bit noisy at times...
