"This is a nice summer stay. The beach is just across the road (a busy road). It has everything you need. However, as an off season it is not so great. There’s a very good heat pump so being cold was not the issue, it’s the door. Not sealed well so it rattled with the wind and let in cold air. I sealed it with a newspaper to stop the rattle and cold air. The floor is also somewhat slippery when shoes are wet from rain. I all minor when there during the summer. "

"The house is cozy, quick walk to the beach. A bit drafty in the colder temps despite the heaters. Mostly near the back door and windows. Bedding was very comfortable. Leslie was quick to help as needed. "

"I booked this condo last year as a Christmas gift to my husband for Christmas By The Sea weekend. He ended up getting pneumonia, flour days prior to the trip and wasn’t up to spending time outside in the cold, so I went solo. The condo was clean, inviting, and comfortable. The location was walking distance to Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. I met up with friends who were also up for the weekend. I felt extremely safe in the condo. "Lovely little property exactly as described! There were a few minor cleanliness issues but the property team was receptive and helpful! Perfect location for going into Kennebunkport or to the beaches! Loved all the little shops and views! Enjoy your stay!"

"We stayed here with two other couples. The view makes this home a place for good conversation and peaceful contemplation while sitting on the decks. Even our dog was at peace, just chilling, overlooking the property and the sea! Our family had stayed at the house once before and we are now reminded that it is still a gem. You can feel the history of the home and there is an awareness of the lessons the home has taught over the decades. Experiences have been voiced through the art and emotion...
