"We had an amazing stay in the Boathouse. We arrived to warm and lighted rooms, as well as champagne and delicious fresh bread. So welcoming. The location was the perfect base from which to explore the south of Tasmania and we had everything we needed in our self-contained accommodation. Even though the weather was cool, we were so cozy with central heating and a fireplace. The jacuzzi was an added bonus, as was the inquisitive wildlife. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Accommodation was very well-presented, nice views and included breakfast delivered to the door around 8:30am. There was a number of wallabies on the lawn outside our apartment around dusk which was a nice experience. One criticism, though, was that the room was very stuffy. Despite our best efforts, the air-conditioning kept resetting to a temperature higher than we would have liked. "

"Port Huon Cottages are just lovely. Very clean and comfortable. The host was very nice and accommodating. The only thing that was a downside was the road noise at night. Nothing can be done about that but took a night to get used to. Definitely would stay there again if I’m in the area again. "

As long as you set your expectations for camping conditions in a remote part of the world, you will find the structure to be sufficient. The location is spectacular and the jetty is very impressive. "A beautiful part of Bruny Island. Very central to all Bruny Island hotspots, including the Bruny Island Hotel which had fantastic food. The accommodation was very cozy indoors including an outdoor, large balcony for an afternoon cheese platter and a glass of local wine. Very relaxing especially at dusk when all the local nature comes out and explores the area. Will book again and highly recommend to friends."

"This is a really nice B&B! The owner, Gary, is super friendly and hospitable! He's been in the travel and hospitality business even before the B&B, so he knows what he's doing. He really went out of his way to accommodate. He has good suggestions for activities in Tas, and he also makes a really nice breakfast! The view over the property at breakfast is amazing too! I highly recommend this B&B! I will for sure use it the next time I visit Tas!"
