"Pleasant riad with helpful staff. About a 10 minute walk to the historical ramparts. Portugese Cistern is closed for repairs. About 1/2 hour walk to area with choices of restaurants. Area around the riad was not a touristed area at all. We stopped in El Jadida en route to Casablanca instead of returning to Marrakech from Essaouira, and travelling to Casablanca from Marrakech. However, in hindsight that might have been a better option. "

"We had such a wonderful stay at Ville de Joubert. Wafa was incredibly helpful and really made sure we had a lovely stay. Nabil the restaurant manager pulled out all the stops ensuring my partner had an incredible birthday, we had requested a cake and they delivered a tiramisu cake with his name on it! Even making sure it was a surprise. Wafa also put us in touch with a friend of hers, Aziz who drove us around and really made sure we could get to places! Highly recommend this to anyone who wants...

"Great place to stay with KFC in the same building and a McDonalds across the street. It’s a good walk to the Medina along the beachfront Malecon. Breakfast was excellent and our only issue was the hotel had no hot water during our 2 day stay. Otherwise definitely recommend it. "

"Het inchecken duurt heel lang. De man was niet op de hoogte van onze reservering en we moesten uitgebreide formuliertjes invullen.ook moesten we contant nog 4 € toeristenbelasting betalen. Het bed is prima. In de kamer is geen drinkbeker of glas aanwezig. Er waren deze keer wel kleerhangers. We hadden een kamer aan de voorkant met uitzicht op zee. Erg mooi. Het ontbijt viel tegen. Wat zoetigheid, maar weinig keuze aan hartig broodbeleg. Geen gewone thee, wel redelijke koffie. "

"Nice apartment at the quiet end of Oualidia beach. Everything was communicated clearly before we arrived and Hachem helped us get a taxi when we left. There are some grocery stores and a restaurant very close by."
