"The property is amazing. Only received low score based on accuracy of listing. My cabin was not one that was pictured, however I did still enjoy the cabin and it was cool and comfortable. The pool was…. Not as clear as the pictures. The food from Jack at the bar was 10/10 phenomenal. I recommend the buffet and full English breakfast. The road coming up the hill is a little rough, but manageable. I enjoyed my stay. It was quiet and comfy. Very relaxing."

"The listing does not show the cabana in question. As we were the only guests at the time, we were given the option of 2 different cabanas neither of which matched the pics in the in listing. "Beautiful property and really awesome villa! There were so many tropical plants and flowers around the property and villa. It felt very peaceful and private. It was a very unique experience being in the villa because it’s all open floor plan with only screens separating you from the forest. "My husband and I along with 5 friends came to stay at Riverwalk Ranch to enjoy warm weather, go birding and visit Mayan ruins. Elias and Betty made our stay memorable, enjoyable and relaxing. "We had a nice short stay. Place is close to town - walkable but dont attempt it midday - can be really hot. We had a couple of issues - fridge was very noisy - fan had to be replaced in the freezer. No hot water in the showers. It felt like the place was not checked before renting.. Samantha and Natasha were quick to respond and fix amost issues. "
