"Was excited to stay at this historic inn close to the Messilla Square for a few years. The opportunity came up for a quick visit back in the area and we were lucky to get a room for one night. Now, we want to come back for a longer stay . We stayed in the King suite and it was lovely ! "

"Once you step through the gate you step into a worthwhile experience. Was very quiet and cool. Food very nearby was great. Ate at Santorini and Matteo's both were very close and walkable. We were there for my daughter's graduation from NMSU. The Pan Am Center is close and convenient. Would definitely stay at Solano Shay again if I come across another reason to go to Las Cruces. "

"The check in process was easy. Barbara provided clear instructions and was quick to respond to questions. She was flexible in our check-in time. Although the property could use a few upgrades, it was very clean and equipped with most of what we needed for our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and quiet."
