"Great location. Nice place to stay for a getaway. The beach house has everything you need. Plenty of parking, and easy entry. I booked this place last minute, for five nights, and got a quick response from Janet the property manager. She was fantastic, and answered every question I had with ease. Looking forward to returning this summer. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"We stayed with our cat for 2 weeks. It was immaculate. The apartment is very close to the beach and in a safe area. Check-in was flawless and the owner Carmen responded to our questions promptly. The kitchenette was adequately stocked and bathroom and toiletries were plenty. Everything you would also want was available. Beach chairs, umbrella a hose to clean everything. A vacuum a washer and dryer with bleach, detergent and softener were available. I will comment be aware there are 18 steps to...

"I was looking for a place to stay for two days in lieu of a hotel. Pricing was good and place was basically the equivalent to an extended stay hotel room. Microwave, 2 burner electric stove, a small refrigerator and a kitchen sink. Was very clean. Located on the ground floor of a house. I would definitely stay again."

"A simple, clean, unassuming property. Area quite safe. A good value. Everything worked, and in my experience, the manager appears to live nearby and is very attentive to any issues. Many people stay there for warm mineral springs which is a 5 minute walk away. I did go there a couple times, but mostly because it offers the rare pleasure of being able to swim outside in winter when water at Florida's beaches is too cold. "Loved the location and amenities. Room was tiny but as others have mentioned, use of space is amazing and you do not want for anything... They have thought of it all!! We used the pool, the grill, chairs to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets and dock to fish from.... And we caught A LOT, albeit just to throw back in 😊 Will definitely be back....
