"This is a 1905 Victorian farmhouse (ie 1905 Victorian in middle of farm 😆). Beautiful, serene that takes you back in time. Only note is that there are 2 bathrooms for the 4 bedrooms - again house from 1905… well kept and they had a great library if you wanted to checked out plants/birds/mushrooms/etc… for the area. Marsha was great and had lots of suggestions. We’ll plan a longer stay next time. Photo was shot from balcony next to our room."

"This cabin has a beautiful view. We enjoyed spending evenings on the deck watching the sunset. Their was also a nice view from the hot tub. The home was very inviting and decor was beautiful. Having two livingrooms was very nice. Our teenage daughters claimed the entire downstairs and spent a lot of time on the hammock chairs. The owner was very responsive to any questions. We come to Canaan every summer and usually stay in a different cabin each time. This was definitely one of our favorites! "
