"The view out the back window and off the balcony are amazing! The house had everything we needed to cook meals and hang out. The sauna was a nice treat especially on the cooler fall mornings. It is about 15-20 minute drive from the nearest convenience stores and gas stations but that was never an issue for us as the owners told us this ahead of time and told us where to stop on the way in to avoid needing to head back."

"Nate’s property was exactly as described. The large pull-through driveway was great, as we had 2 full size vehicles both towing trailers. Easy access onto trail 3 for dog walks and side by side exploration! Our Husky brought a friend up for lunch and an afternoon trail ride followed by some pool before heading back to campus. "Super nice place with plenty of room for a group of 8. The view is outstanding. Could have used a few more utensils ( more forks and a snow shovel). There is no TV so Thanksgiving football was difficult. "

"The cottage is very nice with large picture windows across the back facing Lake Superior. It's nice being on the leeward side of the Pennisula as it got pretty cold and snowy. This was easily remedied by putting a few logs in the cast iron fireplace. Very relaxing with a lot of privacy. You can walk over a mile in either direction on the fine sand beach. We will defiantly go back!!"

"The house was very clean and had everything that we needed to celebrate Thanksgiving and family birthdays. We traveled to be with our son, who is a student at Michigan Tech. The house was just as described and had plenty of room for us. The beds were comfortable and the snow removal was great. The area received close to 12 inches while we were there. We will definitely be back."
