I had reserved a night at this hotel to complete an important online meeting and had clearly asked the staff to provide me with the best location for wifi access with highest speed. Upon check-in I was ensured by the staff that their internet is reliable and able to accommodate my needs. However, I had tested the internet speed only to realize that it is extremely slow and choppy at best. Due to the severity of my position, I had to rush out of my hotel and search for a different location and complete my work elsewhere. Upon returning later that day to check-out after much stress, another staff had told me that the person who provided me wifi information was not well trained and did not give me the proper wifi access. Hearing this, I was shocked at the fact that a hotel such as Hilton would allow such an unprofessional mistake come to pass. To add insult to injury, they further refused to take any responsibility for the stress and lost time they had caused. I am simply sharing this feedback to urge other clients to do their due diligence before committing to this hotel, with a team that is unwilling to be accountable for their actions and support their clients.
