"Hotel simples . Porém o atendimento do dono muito, muito ruim. Precisei de uma informação simples e ele não pode ou não quis me dar. Quando entramos no quarto percebemos que o vaso sanitário estava entupido. Conversei com o dono e ele me disse que EU tinha que desentupir. Revoltada disse : COMO? Aí ele foi com toda má vontade arrumar. Nem sequer ofereceu para trocarmos de quarto. Não recomendo"

"We hosted a corporate retreat here and it was awesome! Gabriel was very responsive and made sure everything ran smoothly. Location is ideal and would definitely recommend!"

"Beautiful fully stocked space with a perfect location. We had numerous adults and kids for an extended family holiday; property is spacious for everyone to enjoy their own space or enjoy time together in the kitchen and bar area. 5 "

"We had a corporate group stay here for a ski retreat and it was awesome! The host was very responsive and helped everything run smoothly. The home was great and perfect location. Would absolutely recommend!"

"Had an awesome stay here. This place has everything you need for a killer ski trip—heated floors, a private hot tub, and legit ski-in/ski-out access. Super easy to hit the slopes, and coming back to soak in the hot tub with the mountain views was perfect. The game table was a great bonus, and the whole chalet was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a top-notch spot at Kicking Horse. 5 stars all the way!"

"Great little condo. Love that it was so well stocked. Great ski, ski out. Stayed for a full week and did not have to drive down the mountain for anything. Sad that the hot tub was not working as after skiing all day it would have been very nice to soak. Small issue with heating but Terry called and helped remedy it. Only suggestion would be a better bed and bedding. Sheets thin and comforter falling apart. We would definitely stay again but ensure hot tub working. Next time. "

"We stayed at creaky cedars as a base for rogers pass. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was small but sufficient for breakfast and dinner. "

"We had 11 adults in our party. The house had plenty of space for people to gather in different areas of the house. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking tools. We skied 5 days and came home every day and sat in the hot tub. Would sit by the fire at night and talk about our day. Check in/out process was easy breezy. The accomdations were perfect!!!!"

"Friends kids were getting married at the top of the mountain. This was a convenient location and layout and the owners were easy to deal with. Overall the unit was very nicely appointed. The only reason I gave it four stars was the master bathroom shower head needed some work. I'm sure it will be taken care of. Would recommend it"

"The crew that cleaned the rooms were very good, but getting them to understand come back in 10 minutes meant just that. We went out 3 separate times, on 4 separate days, only to come back with no service. We were able to get fresh towels from them as they came by with their linen wagons. Overall for the nightly rate, this place is a great deal. The front desk staff are very personal, attentive and detailed oriented. My wife and I will be coming back next year. We didn't get to all the local...
