"This unit is just outside the city centre and around the corner from a car park, so the location couldn’t have been better. It was well-equipped with all you need for a short stay. Things to keep in mind however, it was very very warm at night due to the heat wave and it being a top floor unit without air conditioning. "Booked and paid for 3 nights at last minute because of a family emergency at Addenbrokes hospital. Could not contact host for check in instructions dispute numerous attempts by myself and hotels.com. Therefore never got access to property and now am being refused a refund. Host insists they emailed us which is totally untrue and just a reason to keep my money. How can they make me pay for something they know they did not provide. "
