"The cottage is lovely. I was a little surprised/disappointed by the close proximity of other houses as the pictures make it look quite rural. A good sized cottage with a beautiful garden leading out onto a recreation ground which was ideal for the children and walking the dogs. The cottage was well equipped and spacious with modern amenities including a lovely coffee machine and range cooker. Unfortunately there were somethings that we felt could be improved on. "Lovely apartment in a great location close to all amenities. Very well equipped and furnished, we were very comfortable for our 3 night stay. If you have reduced mobility as my husband has then getting in and out of the bath could be an issue. It is very high sided so he couldn@t use the shower. The allocated parking space is also small for a large car."

The kitchen was well equipped and we found it really handy having a downstairs toilet and utility room. Swanage is such a lovely little town with so much to do, we will definitely be visiting again."

"Fernlea was our base for a group of friends annual gathering to walk, catch up, eat and relax. It was very well equipped with excellent kitchen facilities and each member of the group was able to have their own room and bathroom. Lots of coastal walks directly from the house allowed us to park up on Friday afternoon and not get back into a car until we left. When the weather allowed views were excellent. Would thoroughly recommend for families and groups. Nearest shops and pubs are a mile or two...
