Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht. "We had an amazing time staying at Vinzenz house! The location couldn’t be better. The house is a walking distance to a number of scenic hikes and 10 minutes drive from the beautiful city of Solothurn. The villa is a huge family home with multiple seating areas outside. "Very convenient to stay several days. I Just had dificcult tô get in the building arriving from the parking: to open the door need internet, and I didnt have It underground. Need to improve this point. Clean Room, staff Very friendly and they have a Very confortable Common área. I do recommend. Parking cost me 24 Suisse Francs per night. There os no Breakfast."
