"Very and nice clean property and excellent location. Overall our experience was pleasant. There were a couple of mild inconveniences with lighting in the Sunrise room and access to the lower rack of the dishwasher. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!"

"We came into town to visit family and celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday with family. This property was everything we expected and then some. Thank you for being so accommodating."

"This place was very spacious and convenient, it was a 30 second walk to where all the bars and restaurants are. The place was clean and had everything we needed including parking for my rental. It’s about a 5-10 min drive from downtown Dallas."

"Great location for attending a function downtown FW. Everything inside the house was clean and squared away. Plenty of shower towels, and a supply of soft drinks, water, and coffee. Very easy check in/out process and great communication with property owners. "

"I took my Aunt and parents (all 80+ years old) to Dallas to visit local family. The house has everything you need, and we were very comfortable. Nice, one story (only 2-3 steps to navigate) and SUPER clean. Thank you!"

"Our stay overall was nice. The house was further than we thought from the Stockyards but location is close to shopping and restaurants My biggest complaint which I did read from others but was the poor condition on the towels, they were very thin and stained. The owner can definitely spend a $100 and get new towels! Unfortunately, it sets the tone for the feeling of the house not being clean! Which really wasn’t the case but everyone made the same comment! "
