"We stayed one night. The place was exactly as listed. Backyard was great, off street parking was nice. House was very clean and beds were comfy. The Neighborhood was quiet. The house is older and small the shower is quite small but lighting is good and there are lots of windows. It’s near most everything. Communications with Bethany was great. We had timely instructions and accessing the place was easy. "

"I almost felt like I was part of the Holiday Movie driving through the woods to our sweet home for 2 nights. It was perfect for us and we loved our time there. Fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. You need to bring plates and cups but we loved that it felt like home. We also had our 2 10 year old boys too. They slept in the living room and we all just loved it. Thank you for our stay."

"Great Country getaway that offers room for an extremely large group of all 3 spaces are leased. The Bunk House offered enough room 7+ to sleep comfortably, all bedrooms on the second floor. The main floor includes a large dining room, full kitchen, TV room, bathroom, and a laundry room. All spaces have great views out to the country scenery that includes corn fields, forest, and a pond that is stocked for fun fishing."

"Besides the remote needing batteries in the room my children slept in and the showerhead in the basement, everything was nice. No stress.The kids were sad that they couldn’t watch tv. It would’ve been nice if we knew where the AAA batteries were so we could’ve changed it ourselves. We had plenty of space. Rules were simple. Close to Grand River. Would stay again."

"The home is lovely but had a few quirks/issues. Though clean, the lower level smelled dusty. Not all of the tv's were working, the ice maker in the fridge didn't work, the karaoke machine didn't work, and the back door/kitchen blinds only had 3 blinds on it. The home was well stocked and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. It worked well for our family holiday gathering.."

"We had an unexpected trip to Lansing when my daughter was unable to get off work for Christmas. We lucked out when this loft was available. The photos don’t do this place justice. "It's hard to know where to begin and describing the terribleness of this property. Run down,beat up ,cracked windows, there was no sign of any goats either. The back porch was covered in garbage that some raccoon had gotten into. That and it's right next to the highway so it's really loud. And the water smelled like rotten eggs.
