"We had an excellent stay in Dillon. The view from the living room and patio was amazing. We admired it often. We were also very close to a lot of activities and hikes. We loved the convenience of being close to i70. We drove to Loveland Pass, Boreas Pass, Breckenridge, and Sapphire Overlook. We took a longer trip to Glenwood Springs on day as well. "I loved this condo! It is situated within walking distance to the Dillon marina and amphitheater. There is also a playground and biking and walking paths within walking distance. The balcony has beautiful view (but not full) of the lake and comfortable furniture to enjoy private outdoor space. The condo furniture is a bit outdated but comfortable and it is a nice large space. It is on the 3rd floor, so accessibility might be an issue for some. Parking is ample and easy. "

"We had a lovely time at the condo. It was clean and as described, with beautiful views of Dillon Reservoir. Our only feedback would be clearer instructions to get to the hot tub area, but we were able to find it. The hosts were helpful and communicative. We'd love to stay again in the future. "

"The view of the lake and mountains still doesn't get old. It was a great base for going to Copper, A-Basin and surrounding area at a lower altitude. Convenient shops across the street, but once you pull into the garage, you wouldn't know you were so close to town."

"This place was located in a quiet neighborhood and had privacy. We stayed here because it was minutes away to other mountain towns and escaped the city heat. The only thing that was weird for us is that the house was listed on the market on our second to last day and the night before we had a lady in our driveway taking videos and not explaining what was going on and we weren’t notified of this happening to be aware. Would recommend, but looks like they are selling!"

"Would have prefered better descriptions of ptoperty such as where the hot tub and pool were on the property instead of walking to find it. The desciption said ghere were outdoor grills on site could not locate them. Stated a queen size bed it seemed like a full to us. Would have been nice to know that there was not a/c it was very hot sleeping cinditions one night. Other than those items pretty good."
