Yacht Club 414 #1 is the ideal Colorado getaway for family and friends. Equipped for time together – there's the fully stocked kitchen, open concept living/dining/kitchen area with wood burning fireplace, TV, kayaks, and plenty of room to spread out: three full bedrooms and 2 full baths, and amazing balcony. We offer fast Internet speed and smart TV’s.
This condo is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. Amazing views of mountain range and lake and walkable to the marina, amphitheater, restaurants and shopping!
Scenic Dillon is minutes from everything and is a free shuttle ride to Colorado's famed resorts, trails and natural wonders. And we're just 10.8 miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slopes to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year – in June!

We Highly recommend AWD or 4WD drive vehicles during winter months.

Poor communication. False advertising. Unapologetic
Chose this property specifically for advertisied hot tub in condo to use after long days of skiing. No hot tub existed. Spoke with management about missing hot tub and they blamed false advertising on VRBO, and that they had no responsibility in matter. Had 2 days of difficulty connecting to Wi-Fi with 5 different phones and 2 iPads. Management encouraged me to reach out to comcast for help instead of offering to remedy the situation for me as the renter. House is advertised as a house for 6 and it does have 3 bedrooms with 3 queen beds. However there was seating for only 4 in the living room. 1 couch for 3 and 1 chair. Condo does NOT accommodate 6 people comfortably. Management is NOT helpful.
