Situated on the ground floor of Building F, this unit offers views of the lake, mountains, and the lively amphitheater just across the street in downtown Dillon.
Perfectly positioned across the street from the Dillon Amphitheater with the Keystone Ski Resort just down the road. Next to the lake marina and hiking/biking trails around the corner.
The clubhouse offers its heated indoor pool, two large hot tubs, and inviting lawn space for picnics and games.
Our 3BR/3BA condo has recently been renovated and offers everything you need. It is stocked with amenities and has a fully equipped kitchen.
The living room features an open floor plan, with a large sectional couch, a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV and stunning views.
The dining room can easy fit your whole party at the table with a mountain view like no other.
The master bedroom offers a king bed, cable TV, and an en suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and full-size washer and dryer.
The other two additional bedrooms have Queen beds, one with an en-suite bathroom, to comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
The private patio offers breathtaking scenery. Catch a free show at the Dillon Amphitheater from the balcony!

The Summit Stage Bus stop is located nearby, to make accessing 4 of the area's renowned ski resorts—including Keystone (just 7 miles away) a breeze. A 5th Ski Resort is located not far down the highway in Vail.

We take pride in our guest service and support. There is a "Welcome Book" in the kitchen area, designed to help make your stay as seamless and smooth as possible. We also offer a 24/7 emergency contact (contact info found in the Welcome Book).
**Please Note**
1. The building HOA is strict on parking. 2 HOA specific parking passes are located in the “Welcome Book” inside the unit (there is a $150 fee if the passes are not return to the unit after your stay, HOA enforced).
2. Camper trailers and oversized vehicles CANNOT be accommodated onsite.
PARKING:
*IMPORTANT*- The H.O.A. will tow any vehicle without a parking pass. There are two parking passes in the front of the "Welcome Book". Make sure passes are in your vehicles at all times during your stay. $150 replacement fee from the H.O.A. for parking passes not return to the front of “Welcome Book”.
CLUBHOUSE:
Key Card is in the front of the “Welcome Book”. The hot tubs and salt water pool are in the Clubhouse, located across from this building. Pool towels can be found in the bedroom closets. Hours are from 10am-9pm daily. Key Card must be return to the “Welcome Book” at check-out to avoid additional replacement fees.
SKI LOCKER:
Key is in the lock box and the ski locker is located across from the front door.
FIREPLACE:
Fireplace on/off is a dial timer located to left of the fireplace. Do not adjust gas this will turn the pilot off. Due to high winds, pilot may blow out. If pilot needs to be relit, contact us right away. We will be right out to relit the pilot during normal business hours. For emergencies ONLY, gas turn off is to the left of the fireplace. The key is in the dining room closet.
CABLE TV & STREAMING:
All TVs have Xfinity Cable TV. If you login to Amazon, Netflix or other streaming services on a smart TV, be sure you log out when checking out.
WASHER & DRYER:
The washer and dryer are located in the master en suite bathroom. You are provided with detergent found above the washer & dryer.
THERMOSTATS:
There are 4 thermostats in this home that control baseboard heaters. One in each bedroom and one for the kitchen and living room. Do not leave any clothing or furniture touching baseboards as this is a fire hazard. When checking out please turn thermostats to 60 degrees.
COOL AIR:
There is NO air conditioning in this home. Open the windows to create a cross breeze of cool mountain air. There is a portable fan in each bedroom closet.
TALKING TRASH:
You are provided with trash bags under the kitchen sink. When kitchen trash is full, please take bagged trash out to the dumpster (left side when walking out of this building) during your stay.
LIGHT BULBS & BATTERIES :
If a light or remote dies during your stay, extra light bulbs and batteries can be found in the dining room closet. If any hard-to-reach ceiling bulbs need to be changed, contact us. Let us know if you need it done during your stay or after you check out, include this property name in the email.
ELECTRICAL PANEL:
Electrical box is located next to the fridge in the kitchen should a breaker trip.
EMERGENCIES:
There is a FIRE EXTINGUISHER and FIRST AID KIT under the kitchen sink.
The front door is the fire exit. If this is not accessible in an emergency you will next to exit through the patio door.
