The open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area is perfect for gatherings, with great water views.
Outside, the expansive deck invites you to enjoy spectacular sunsets over the ocean. And when you're ready to hit the beach, it's just a quick 3 minute drive to the parking lot or a 15 minute walk down the hill.

-Due to water shortages, please be conscientious of water usage at Dillon Beach.
-PET POLICY: Dogs only - $90 Dog Fee per Dog
-10 people max day or night - No Drop-in guests
-NO PARTIES - We are in a Private Community w/ HOA & Security - No Gatherings
-4 car max in driveway, day or night, w/NO on-street parking.
