The Lookout is an absolute gem! It's a beautifully renovated beach bungalow with 2 Bedrooms and 2 baths. It boasts all the modern comforts and yet retains its cozy charm! The 2 gas/log fireplaces add a touch of warmth and ambiance, perfect for those cozy evenings after a day of beach fun. Imagine the bright open kitchen being a hub for delicious meals and shared memories with up to 8 of your favorite people. The short walk to the beach is just the cherry on top of this beauty! - Bedroom 1 - Is on the main level and has a comfortable Queen sized bed
- Bathroom 1- Shower only, no bathtub - beautifully remodeled!

LOWER LEVEL
- Features a TV lounge with large, comfy sectional sofa, Gas/log Fireplace, Smart TV and DVD player
- Bedroom 2- Harry Potter-themed bunk bed room (2 Twins) and reading nook. Set off of family room area. Kids are going to LOVE IT!

Beautiful beach vacation
Lovely spotless clean house,stunning ocean views, gorgeous sunsets. Very responsive management and owner. The neighborhood is very hilly and the teens walked up and back to the beach. Those of us with older knees and too much beach paraphernalia had to drive and pay the $10 to park. What a view!
We cannot tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at Dillon Beach.. The house was beyond perfect for us and the location was amazing! The property rental company even provided a little Thanksgiving welcome present which saved me since I forgot the sparkling cider! Thank you for the stay we will be back.

Summer stay
Perfect location for Dillon Beach. Easy walk to beach and the all important General Store. Ample parking which was key for the summer when the beach crowds arrive. The parking is also great if you have a larger vehicle, which can be tight with other Dillon properties. House is clean and comfortable. Views from balcony are gorgeous. Nicely updated kitchen. The downstairs was a perfect spot for kids to have they own space to play while the grownups relax upstairs. Will definitely return.

Nice area, very cute. Not owned by an indici but a rental company that uses VRBO as a third party. We wanted to reschedule due to family coming down with Covid and another elder in the ER but was denie. We even purchased insurance but it didn’t apply because it was through VRBO and not them. I still don’t understand but did not have the time or mental energy to fight on the matter. Overall nice place. Just not the best customer service and the insurance situation was very unfair to customers.

The easy walk to the beach and beautiful ocean views made the location of the house a good fit for our family. The house was clean, comfortable, and had enough space to cook dinners together but still find personal time space in the say too.

The Lookout is aptly named
What a beautiful house with an awesome view and only 5 minute walk to the beach. It is obviously a well loved home with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. It is so very comfortable to spend time there. The view out the windows are amazing. A great place to watch the ocean from, all day. Which we did because we rented it for the week and worked. Set up our computers on the dining table and did our work like any other day. Except for wonderful walks on the beach with our dog in the morning and sunset. And when we looked up from our computers, there was Bodega Bay in all its splendor. I never got tired of it. It is really a perfect place except for one thing. The upstairs queen bed mattress. It's old, slopes to the middle, transmits every movement of one person to the other, and is just generally uncomfortable. Buy a new mattress and this place is PERFECT!

A great cottage at a wonderful place
Clean, with all the amenities. A beautiful view, just a short walk to the beach for leash-free dog fun. Everything we could have wanted. Comfortable, bright, lots of fresh air. Really enjoyed our stay. A couple of nitpicks: the info on where the parking is could be clearer (driveway is located on the street below), and the house can get chilly in the winter. The space heater downstairs is essential. Would stay here again, for sure!

Fantastic view, lovely beach cabin and excellent location!
I am very much looking forward to returning to this wonderful beach home. We've been taking beach vacations for many years. We usually stay in Dillon for our dogs and the beach that allows them to run without leashes. This cozy cabin was an absolute delight! Probably the best view in the area that allows for all day viewing and sunsets that are amazing. Perfectly equipped kitchen, absolutely clean and spotless, throughout. Comfortable, cozy bedrooms and very modern bathrooms. Couldn't think of anything that might be missing. Thank you again for your jewel of a cabin. *** I loved reading the house binder which included the personal history of the cabin and all the restorations that were done to bring this home to its current modern and dazzling look!

Amazing holiday at the beach
The Lookout was more than what we hoped for! We cooked every meal in the well stocked kitchen and spent the time between reading or at the beach (a short walk away). A small power outage was dealt with quickly and in the interim we were inspired to cook our quiches on the grill ( a tip in case you run across the same thing) and it worked so well it might be our new go to. :) Thank you for an amazing holiday.

Beach walk paradise
It was so wonderful to be able to walk on the beach everyday! The property is well designed, cute, modern and updated. Awesome deck and view. Only downsides were that the mattress in the upstairs bedroom is very uncomfortable and I came prepared to cook but it is an extreme water shortage. Plan accordingly.
