"We had 7 men stay at this home for our 4 day golf trip to Sky Valley. The location was great as was the golfing at the Sky Valley Golf course. My only suggestion would be to improve the quality of the mattresses on the beds as they were below par and many of us didn’t have great sleep. "

"We spent a girls’ weekend at this beautiful cottage in the Highlands. Located a short walk to Mirror Lake, the leaves were in full bloom making the outdoor areas even more enjoyable. The cottage was spotless clean and everything was in great working order. Despite being just a short drive to all the area’s amenities, attractions and restaurants, it was like we were alone in the wilderness. The folks at Evolve were fantastic to deal with…a special thanks to Bee! Bravo!"

"We could not have picked a better place to stay. The house was spacious and well equipped. The beds were so comfortable and the back porch with a fireplace was to die for. It was very close to town and to local restaurants. We would highly recommend to others!"

There was something for everyone: pool and hot tub, outdoor games like volleyball spike ball, horseshoes, and corn hole, indoor games like foosball, table tennis, and a dozen board games, quiet corners and outdoor patios for reading, and a big kitchen with 2 dining areas for everyone to come together. Being on the lake on your own little peninsula was surreal and gave a lot of privacy and awesome views. Be sure to bring your own firewood to keep...

It’s quiet and pretty and the people are friendly! The only issue was linens and towels had an unpleasant musty odor to them and they should be replaced. "

Home is beautifully decorated, well stocked, easy to get into Franklin. Didn’t have a chance to use the fire circles as the weather didn’t cooperate on the day we were free. Nice hike at Rufus Morgan trail and gorgeous views at Wayah Bald and tower. Kathy was very responsive to any questions. Hope to return some day "
