Visit this unique and family-friendly home. Stay at this one of a kind house located in Dewey, Ok. It’s not very often you have a chance to stay at a house featured on HGTV! This split level home was built in 1962 and is in immaculate shape. From the disco ball in the family room to the jukebox & pool table in the game room. There’s lots of special touches at this home that will make your vacation one of a kind. Bring your kids, fur babies and friends for a vacation everyone will remember.
The space
When you walk through the front door you’ll be in awe of the beautiful living room. With white wrap around couch and stunning dinning room table. Walking through the entry way you’ll notice the amazing large front window that lets in that wonderful Oklahoma sunshine.
Next, you’ll feel nice and cozy in the family room that opens up to the fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need for a quick week night meal or your next family holiday dinner.
Attached to the kitchen is the laundry room and half bath making it super easy to get your daily routine done. From standing at the kitchen sink you’ll be able to enjoy watching your family playing games in the game room. Our game-room is fully stocked with something for everyone. Just to name a few of the game highlights a pool table, shuffle board and coin pusher.
Downstairs is the master bedroom that has two walk out doors to the fenced in backyard and patio. Attached is an on-suite bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower plus a large tub.
The other downstairs bedroom offers a queen size bed with a nice closet plus a full in-suite bathroom that include a shower.
Upstairs are three sleeping areas 2 king size beds and a daybed with pullout trundle. Plus two bathrooms that are set up as Jack & Jill style.
Upstairs you’ll also find a quiet workspace with a large window overlooking the pasture land that sets behind the property.
Other things to note
Property has an auto gate that you’ll be given the code to prior to arrival. Plus our other property right next door is available on Airbnb and joined by a walkthrough gate. For larger groups this will be helpful.
