"Host was accommodating, responsive, and was great overall! The property was very comfortable and exactly what I needed. I loved the neighborhood for nice walks in the evenings. Quiet and safe! House was clean and had many interesting art pieces and books. TV was very good and all amenities were as described. I would definitely consider staying again. This a on excellent location with a short trip to New Haven for lots of great places nearby. "

"The property is a gem! Beautiful Arts & Crafts woodwork!Nicely appointed and yet comfortable. Kitchen is large and could accomodate all of us gathered at once. Coffee on the front veranda overlooking the water made for a perfect setting. The neighbors and dogs strolling by the made us feel welcome too. "

"Great spot right near the beautiful village and public beach of Stony Brook (unprocessed, natural sand). The house has been updated nicely. Very light and welcoming. Several options for sleeping arrangements and extra bedding, especially if traveling with kids. Great appliances and kitchen for prepping and eating meals at home rather than spending big bucks 3 times a day (esp when traveling with 4 teens).
