"The home was overall very nice. It had everything needed for a few nights and was very close to a cut-through path to the Airport Loop hiking trail. I liked that it is away from the busy part of town, but close enough to get there when wanted. There were a couple of downsides that might not bother others, so I didn't deduct stars. The sheets are cheap microfiber and the pillows were also very cheap and over-used. The washing machine is small, making a pod of detergent too much to rinse out...

"The check-in and communication with Jay was easy and to the point. The house was in a quiet neighborhood close to everything we wanted to do. The Parks Pass and bottle of wine were greatly appreciated! The house had everything we needed - huge kitchen, sitting area, TV room and comfy beds! Plus plenty of wildlife in the relaxing backyard/patio area. "

"The listed pictures matched the condo. There was enough space for 3 couples (6 adults). Kitchen was well equipped for cooking as well as ample living room space. There is also a little terrace with chairs that can be used and a fireplace. Pool and hot tub were a plus (towels and a key are provided for access). The only things that could be improved were: 1) provide seating for 6 people around the dining room table. The property allows 6 people max but there are only 4 chairs for seating. This...

"A beautiful location a block off of the main shopping area in upper Sedona. Private parking location was a plus. We couldn’t have asked for more. "

"What a gem of a place! Everything is just perfect for 2! The decor is so nice and it has all the creature comforts of home- it’s live in ready! We sure enjoyed our week in the Casita- lots of hiking and cave exploring nearby- close to town and grocery stores. Really enjoyed watching the hot air balloons float by- so much that we took a balloon ride ourselves! "We had an amazing time. The property is cute and cozy. The self-contained backyard was super convenient for our little dogs. The location is awesome as any store we needed was only a very short walk or drive away. And we went to multiple vortexes and saw amazing views from each. We even got some work done with the superfast internet. Great stay all around!"

"Cute, small house. Very clean. Recommend getting there during daylight hours. The road to the property is tight and not lit at all. Also, the house is near the creek, but access to the creek is limited due to neighboring property lines. Great house for basic needs. "

"We loved staying here - the views were amazing from the entire front side of the house. Kids could head out the front door and enjoy the yard games. House was well appointed with all needed items. We could walk to town for dinner, though it is hilly on the way back. "
