"Absolutely lovely hotel in Iriomote! Can't recommend it and the island enough! From the pristine and almost untouched beach right next to the hotel, to the events, helpful staff and nice facilities makes this a wonderful stay. You don't really need to think about anything here, it all just works. There is a bus shuttle from the boat when you check in, you don't need to reserve anything, it just works. We don't speak almost any japanese so we were a bit worried about having a hard time on...

"ビールの自動販売機は故障？で使えない。売店もないしもちろんホテルのまわりには何もない。場所が不便なのは理解して（むしろそれが魅力）宿泊したのだが、夜にビール1缶すら全く入手する手段がないホテルなんて、日本で他に見たことがない"

"丁寧な対応です、部屋の清潔さは、高評価。洗濯機あり、洗剤もちゃんとあります。部屋からの景色も開放感があります。乾燥機があるので、よく乾きます。ミネラルウォーターや食べ物は、近くのスーパーで、購入してから、来ること。コンドミニアムなので、サービスはないですが、問題なし。食べるところは、周辺にはありますが、歩き10分はかかります。なかには、送迎してくれる店も。二泊でしたが、コーヒーは一回分だけで、少し残念。言ったら、頂きました♪ 良いことですが、自販機には、コーヒーやコーラなど身体に悪い物は入っていません。オーナーの意向だと思います。缶ジュースは、砂糖の塊ですね。お茶やミネラルは有るので、心配なし。ダイビングショップを併設されてます。コンドミニアムは、2018年のオープンのようです。レンタカーがある方が便利です。また、利用したいと思います"

"Unfortunately the bungalow 202, which we had booked in Sonai was very smelly so it was not acceptable for us to stay there for the 4 nights we booked. In general the Mumbu Sonai branch is pretty run down and heavily overpriced for what it has to offer. I have to say though that the staff was really helpful, especially Ayumi (arigato gozaimasu), trying to find alternatives during peak season which resulted in us staying in 4 different places for the 4 nights we spent on the island, which was ok...

"静か、清潔。芝生の刈り込みが行き届いていました軽食やお菓子など販売されていると助かりますこのお値段で充分過ぎるほどの対応と設備だと思います"

"We really like the location, it’s near the beach, but then we found out that beach has a lot of jellyfish, so we cannot swim in the ocean there. We were there with 2 little kids, two and four years old, we had to walk to the office to check in then bring all of our stuff to the cabin ourselves, we ask if she can help but the lady was not able to offer any help. On the last day, we are about to leave, but there was a typhoon, so we were caught at the ferry terminal without a rental car, we...

"２泊の予定でしたが、台風の影響で波が高くフェリーが欠航になり、1泊になってしまいました。次の日早くに島に渡りましたが、ホテルの送迎も有りましたし、チェックインまで荷物を預けて　電動のレンタサイクルを借りてシュガーロードや西大岳等サイクリングしました。でも、地図をうまく活用できず、携帯の地図で回りました。チェックインも２時間ほど早めてもらえました。綺麗な海でのシュノーケリングを楽しみにしてたのに、入ることができなかったのが残念でした。カートを借りましたが、ガソリン臭く、音も大きかったです。他の人の乗っているのは電気だったのか静かなのも有りました。敷地が広く、カートでの移動はアクティビティのように楽しかったです。大浴場も露天風呂が有り、アメニティも充実していました。ショップには水着やお土産も沢山有りました。フロント横にはオプショナルツアーのデスクもあって　いろいろ相談にのってもらえます。ビーチにもアクティビティの受け付けが有って、シュノーケル等のレンタルもできるようです。"
