The facilities included two bathrooms (one had a bath but no shower) as well as fast WiFi and a good-sized TV. "We had a fantastic time here, albeit a short stay. There was bread and milk in each of the 3 accomodations, which was a lovely suprise. When we had a problem with the electrics (following a storm) we were helped promptly. And the little additions like complimentary slippers and pool towels were lovely. Good selection of equipment and crockery in the kitchen. We’d love to come and stay again."

"From beginning to the end Catherine and Thomas have been brilliant. We arrived early and Catherine said we could go straight to the cottage, ( which with a 2 and half year old) saved us having to find somewhere to hang around for a couple of hours. As the other cottage wasnt being used at the time we were able to adjust our booking times of the pool if we needed to. The place itself is beautiful and has everything you need. "It was a challenge leaving every day to go site seeing as the property was a holiday location in itself. We were blessed with sunny days and had breakfast and dinner on the deck outside. We too walks by the river on the property in the evening. Patting the pet sheep in the field or looking for the swan. A great selection of DVD's, a yummy loaf of artisan sourdough and chocolate brownies on arrival. The bed was super comfortable and Sara and John were just lovely hosts. We will be back!"

"My son and I used this as headquarters to visit some historic sites and relax before long travel home to US. It was a tight space but fully equipped and adequate for everything we needed. Nice hiking trails right outside the door. Beautiful setting. Owners were very nice and accommodating."

"Os arredores do hotel são muito bonitos. No entanto se você não estiver de carro terá problemas para locomover se. Fica em uma área rural, bem afastado da cidade de Chippenham, em torno de 10 minutos de carro até o centro. O banheiro é catastrófico, não possui chuveiro e a banheira é bem antiga. Banheiro enorme mas não funcional, pia minúscula. A porta para a varanda não fechava com chave, nos sentimos inseguros. Café da manhã fraco e sem opções. Não tem recepção. Cama desconfortável. Cheiro de pó. Não pretendo voltar."
