"I liked everything about the property and the stay. The only thing that needs to be worked on is the check in clerk. She was very rude, had an attitude. She didn't want to help anyone and it seemed like she hated her job and it's the customers fault."

"Great hotel with great staff--seems to need an additional manager. There is only one manager for the property. He was unavailable to fix an issue with me being double charged for the room. The issue took far too long and far too much effort on my part to get resolved, disappointing. Issue did get resolved but at great expense and added stress to my trip finances. Otherwise, room was clean and comfortable and quiet. "

"A estadia foi razoável, achei o atendimento fraco.Chegamos 1 hora depois do horário para check in e ainda assim tivemos que aguardar para entrar no quarto. Ao solicitar um quarto no primeiro piso por conta da quantidade de malas, foi informada de que já estavam com reserva para o piso solicitado. Mas ao reclamar da demora em liberar o quarto prontamente me deram o quarto no piso desejado !"
