"I have never been treated so well in my life. Oh my goodness. Above and beyond with every single thing. Breakfast was outstanding. The grounds were outstanding The rooms so clean and comfortable. This place is beyond amazing and I highly recommend to anyone. It will not disappoint "

"This would have been a great stay but the management did not say that there was a lot of construction being done on the hotel. My wife and I walked to our room to find a bunch of workers in most of the rooms. This was very unsettling because they were in every room but ours and it was a mess. Once we entered our room it didn’t get any better, it was not clean at all and the shower did not drain. The microwave was there but not close to a plug. "Great clean and safe property. Indeed it’s older property but felt entirely safe even with young child and wife. Location was great, property was clean, room was clean and staff was great and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Very nice place to stay. Beautiful wooded location with a porch you can sit on and enjoy nature and wildlife, even a friendly cat to visit with. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Full kitchen. Plenty of "sitting room". Location is close to many things to do."

"The property was cute and very convenient for our needs. We were getting work done on our house. The location allowed for my oldest to still ride the bus to school, which allowed me to get the youngest to school on time as well. There was plenty of space to have our family spread out. The water was great with the hot water working very nicely. The bath tub was amazing. Ac worked perfectly. "

"Great day trip to fish although the fish weren’t biting. We celebrated my dad’s 80th birthday with a small group. It was perfect place for storing and serving food. Had the feel of a full size home. Lots of space outside. The deck was a lovely space to sit and socialize, with good shade."

"We had a great weekend in False River! For most of us, it was our first experience at an LSU game and needed a good place/location for the game. Ma Mamma’s is a great place for evening meal. Great food and perfect place to take a big group or just your special someone. The house was clean, spacious and provided everything and more for our group. I would definitely recommend this place for a great stay. Great communication by the owner too!!"

"It was good overall but the lock is electronic and it didn’t want to work so three times we were stuck outside for 20 minutes. Also, no where on the listing did it say the place was on the second floor with no elevator. "

"We had a great stay at this camp. The hosts are great, and the property is nothing less then what is in the description. Me and my husband had a great few days here just relaxing and doing some fishing. If you bring a boat I would highly recommend going launch the boat before you pull up at the property, because the driveway is extremely rough and steep. But that is the only slight inconvenience we had with our entire stay. When we come back to False River this will definitely be one of our...
