"The place looked worse than the pictures. It is right in a village. Very dark and probably not ideal to stay here if you looking to walk around. Place not as clean as I thought it would be. Broken shower and dirty towel. Sands on the floor. Was just a mess"

"We rented this property thinking that we were renting the whole house as advertised. It turns out that that this house is a hostel as per the sign out front and we were given one room. After some discussion with the owner we were given three rooms. The owner had not been paid by VRBO and I had paid VRBO one month ahead of time. "The property was exactly as it appeared online; clean, spacious, and with a spectacular view. I felt safe with the gated entry and 24 hour security. I was also able to get to and from Colombo, the major city, in about 20 minutes each way--and used the local taxi app to do it. I'll stay again. Sweet experience."

"Wunderschönes Haus abseits vom Tourismus-Trubel. Trotzdem sind alle Lebensnotwendigen Dinge problemlos zu Fuß oder gegeben falls in wenigen Minuten mit den supergünstigen Tucktuck´s zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht einem wirklich jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Wir bedanken uns nochmal ganz herzlich für den Perfekten Urlaub. "

"Clean, pristine, welcoming place. The owners were extremely helpful and hospitable and very easy to communicate with. The staff are professional, courteous, friendly and super helpful. They go above and beyond. Kalena, Poornima (staff at front desk) are amazing and do what they do with respect and passion and happiness. The manager (Mr Sherif) is simply very friendly and polite and respectful. Can’t say enough good things about this place and the people. The security guards are always working...
