"The Armstrong Hotel was fantastic! We had such a great time staying here. The location in downtown Fort Collins is PRIME. We never needed to get in the car. The beds were extremely comfortable. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. We will absolutely be staying here again next time we visit Fort Collins."

"Everything about this place was perfect for my needs. And every staff person I encountered was friendly, helpful, and professional. Pros: - very clean - very comfortable (if somewhat firm) bed - softer than heaven sheets, other bedding very nice and cozy - loved curtain between bedroom area and sitting room - I didn't have to make my bed when I had guests - bathroom and shower was nice and well-appointed - I actually loved the shampoo and the body wash was good. - Good light-activated...

"Girls at front desk made me feel like I was bothering them when I came to check in. One said “I don’t even know if we have rooms available right now” before they even looked at the computer. I checked in early afternoon. The other one wasn’t very friendly at all. "

"The younger front desk lady that checked us in really didn’t explain what the $50 charge was she charged us and we were unaware of the charge before check in. Our rooms thermostat wouldn’t work as we wanted so it got really warm in our room even trying to use the ac part. "

"I love the dog area and they for the most part upkeep it. They shoveled it during the snow which was great. People are awful about picking up their dog poop but the facility will pick it up after severe build up eventhough they provide bags and a trash can in the gated area! People stay there monthly and I have noticed that they invite a lot of people over and when they cook they open their doors and stink up the hallway. There's a few homeless that wonder the property but I haven't noticed any...
