"Check in staff was very friendly and welcoming. Met someone in the elevator on the way to my room who said they were homeless. I don’t want to pay good $ to stay in a hotel with people who are living there. Shame on you IHG!"

"A bit expensive compared with similar properties but overall clean and comfortable. I suggest eliminating the free breakfast as it fills our landfills with waste and the food is all processed. How about whole fruits and coffee only? Reusable coffee cups and glasses for water in the rooms instead of disposable plastic. "
