"We loved staying in the woods and so close to the Lake. Very quiet. The bathroom was just a little small but very clean and comfortable cabin. We would definitely come back again "

"We decided last minute to get away for a quick, midweek relaxation trip. We now wish we’d booked this cabin for a week! Check-in was a breeze, the cabin was spotless, and the western facing view of the lake was gorgeous at every hour of the day. The cabin is set back on a picturesque, tree-framed road with little to no traffic. We enjoyed morning walks with our coffee, and late nights around the campfire with our cocktails. (All firewood was provided!) We just can’t say enough great things...

"We had a lovely and cozy stay! The backyard was just amazing and peaceful...had everything we could want. Only downfall was the mattresses in the bunkroom....very uncomfortable and one of the beds broke. Otherwise, a super place!"

"We all had a blast. Beautiful location. Cabin is spectacular. So worth the 6 hour drive. Should have stayed longer. We will be back for sure."

"I was unfortunately unable to utilize my reservation to an illness to a member of the party I was going to be visiting during my stay so I had to cancel the trip. I contacted Matthew to notify him that his housekeeping crew would not need to clean the cabin after my presumed stay and he was kind enough to refund the cleaning fee from my rental. It was much appreciated!"

"It was cozy and just perfect for what we needed. We enjoyed having a fire Friday and Saturday night. We loved all the shops and restaurants/bars nearby. We will definitely be back if we ever visit Hayward again. "

"Husband and i stayed here for a quick weekend getaway following a year of fighting cancer. This small town cabin was cute and clean! Plenty of bars, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. "

"Five ladies on a little vacation. This was perfect for us. Very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed watching the geese, swans, ducks and muskrats from the cabin. Deer were everywhere. Lots of very comfortable beds to choose from. And all our questions were answered very promptly. Thanks for the great stay!"

"We loved our stay at the cute cabin in the woods. The lake was so peaceful with the view of a dairy farm across the way. It was just what we needed. The cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway. Wish we could have stayed longer and invited some people to enjoy it with us as there were plenty of beds for sleeping. A nice kitchen for cooking and my favorite 3 season porch. "

"The cabin was nice, we hoped to fish the lake but after arriving we learned that the lake is drained down 4 feet starting in September (not sure if this is yearly) so we were unable to launch our boat. We did find another lake close by to fish and found some big ones! The cabin had everything we needed to cook meals and kids loved playing with the toys they had."

"Nice property, clean, and nicely equiped with a lot of pots pans and cookie sheet. We got to used wood for a fire beautiful weather for it Thanks again"

"The cabin was absolutely perfect! Great location and we were able to bring our boat and dock at cabin. The cabin had everything we needed and more! My husband would love to biy the place for the two of us lol. Thank you for hosting us! We loved our stay! "
