"Fantastic little spot. Better than I thought and so well done. Thankyou for a great stay. Shame I forgot to bring a towel but that’s my fault for not reading the description so I had to shower at soho farmhouse. Waking up to the sound of the birds was incredible. "

"Lovely lady helpfully directed me to the correct address since my sat-nav didn’t. Very helpfully and warm personality. Room was really clean, fresh towels and a comfy big bed. Everything was well put together, no complaints. Would stay there again if I were in the area, wished I had another night there. "

"Apartment 5 was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and spacious; we enjoyed our stay. We only wish that the windows would open more easily and STAY open (the force of gravity kept pulling the living room window shut). "

"All was clean modern and comfortable. It was a very nice stay. One niggle was the reception on the T.V was sometimes flaky. "

"A lovely property in a quiet area. The kids had great fun feeding the alpacas and goat. Plenty of wood for the hot tub supplied. Owner is very friendly and explains everything. We'd love to come back."

"Superb riverside accommodation, set in a quiet, friendly village with a good selection of restaurants and inns right on your doorstep. Add in your very welcoming hosts and you have the perfect relaxing British country getaway."

"Great location for exploring Leamington Spa town. Close to the parks and quiet too. Room (6) is nice and warm."

"A lovely well presented and equipped cottage, ideally located for day trips into Stratford upon Avon and Warwick. Teabags, coffee, milk, bread and butter were waiting for us when we got there. We loved the peace and quiet of the location and would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to anyone looking for a break in this location."

"Absolutely lovely cabin, great if you want a romantic time away it was very nice to cook old school for a lot of things and very reconnecting with nature. We had a lovely barbecue and there was room for some outdoor games. Log fire inside is so cosy at night I also love the lights in the cabin especially by the kitchen table. It's not far from town centre and would definitely stay again. "

"Property was very nice and well situated for visiting national trust properties and local attractions. The kitchen is very limited in cooking options and need more typical utensils such as scissors, spatula, egg splicer etc. hard to cook meals.Bed mattress were soft and limited bedding.House could do with a good clean as cobwebs inside the house."
