"We travel a lot and stay in many different places. This was by far one of the best. We felt very much at home. The home was not just beautiful but warm and welcoming. Our kids ages 29, 23, 17 & 11 all loved this trip but said over and over that out of everywhere we have ever stayed they liked this the best because it felt like home. This will be our pick to stay in every time we visit Victoria from now on."

"Cozy New Cabins were just what my family of 4 needed for a quick fishing trip. Hosts were great and were easy to message back and forth upon arrival. Cabin was super cute and not too far of a drive from the Bayfront either. "

"We were house hunting in Victoria, wanted to find a quiet spot to relax, but close enough to Rockport to go for dinner, etc. This small cabin was perfect for my sister and I with our small dogs. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, and there were thoughtful touches here and there. I would stay again. Thank you!"

"We had an amazing stay! The house was clean and bed was comfortable. House had all amenities and Pier fishing was fun l.we caught some trout and a giant redfish (or something) that pulled the line. We def want to go back. "

"Michael is a great host and has been available if I have needed. Stayed here numerous times. I appreciate the cleanliness and the property provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. "

"The home has nicer furnishings and is better supplied than most places we have stayed. Our grandchildren loved catching a lot of small Sand Trout. My son caught a 54” Alligator Gar. He also hooked a second gar that ran under the pier and broke the line. And, we enjoyed the fire pit. Our time there went too quickly."

"We had the best time. We were able to easily launch our boat from the boat launch in the neighborhood and get into the bay, reefs, shallows quickly. Great location. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and the barn decorations were adorable and a great place to hang out with family and friends. The view of the bay from the deck was perfect. We had a great time!"

"Just love this spot. The water was right outside the screened porch. Got to fish whenever we wanted. The marina is about 12 minutes away: bair and apparently a great restaurant. Didn't get to try the restaurant. The people around were so friendly. The dolphins put on a show on two different days. The house had everything you could just about need. The screened in porch was everything! We got to hang out at night with no bug issues. Many mentioned mosquitos in the visitor book, but luckily for us...

"We really enjoy staying here. It is close to our family, peaceful and refreshing. It accompanied us with what we needed for the weekend. The owner is amazing to deal with! Quick to respond and solve problems. (There weren't any problems that were major, just a confusion on the check in code) Definitely a gem that is private!!!"
